Recovery has been slow from the stomach flu that hit nearly everyone in our family. However, we are recovering. With a busy weekend planned, we are hoping God blesses us with complete health. Megan seemed to get hit the hardest and the longest. Poor little thing was very ill for two days. She is getting better now, and is up running around and playing.
Laura has been working on her schoolwork, trying to make up a little of what she was behind on. It will take us a couple extra days to completely get back on track. Oh well, illness happens. God has us in the palm of his hand, and I love Him for it.
This evening my husband and I are planning to go out for our anniversary. Officially, it will be our anniversary next week, but since he'll be working, we are going to celebrate this evening. It may not be fancy, but just time together without children will be wonderful.
