Spring Break... Cold and Snowy

It was a very long drive.  But my desire to see my daughter overrode my lazy inclination to stay home.  Living eight hours from home, a college student studying ministry, I haven't gotten to spend much time with my oldest daughter.

I made the decision that this week was officially Spring Break.  Into the car we loaded, and off we drove.  I need the break desperately.

We didn't come for the weather.  I secretly wished for it to be warm... Or at least warmer than the Midwest.  It was not to be.  It's about ten degrees warmer than home.  However, with the expected four to seven inches of snow, it's not the Spring weather I hoped.

But... A vacation is a vacation.  I'm determined to enjoy my brief few days away from home with my daughter. Hopefully the forecast is correct and the snow won't still be flying tomorrow.
