Visiting my daughter at her college has been fun. We've attended a couple classes with her or her best friend (whom we have known for years). Each day we have attended chapel, which is basically a daily church service.
My youngest daughter has been running a fever off and on, but we have been treating her with medicine and praying that she feels better quickly.
Sleep has been in short supply. Apparently, in her desire for her parents to have the "college" experience, my daughter thinks we should be sleep deprived. I disagree, but still haven't slept much.
This morning, at Chapel, a pastor spoke that lives in Cuba. It was an awesome testimony of the faithfulness of God. The power of his words was NOT lost in translation.
Our brief trip is almost over. We leave tomorrow to head back home. The visit was truly beautiful; despite the snowstorm, locking my keys in my car, and my daughter's fever.
