Dancing In The Rain

It rained Sunday.  We had just gotten home from church when the heavens opened.  We weren't even out of the van.  So, the mad dash to the door didn't keep us very dry.  So... the kids asked if they could play in the rain.
I said yes.  How could I refuse?  There was no lightning.  It was just a wonderful downpour of good, life-giving rain.
They had so much fun for the thirty or so minutes they were outside...
All except poor Sophie.  She was not amused at the whole getting wet thing.
The kids jumped and splashed and even danced a little.
It was so fun to watch.  Clothes wash.  Memories are forever.
