We went on our first picnic of the season yesterday. It was an impromptu one, quickly thrown together. The weather, though windy, was sunny and warm. Shaking off the winter blahs, we headed with sandwiches to the nearest park.
The girls ate quickly so they could go play on the playground.
Even Tasha and her friend enjoyed swinging in the sunshine.
Kim enjoyed a good book.
Daddy got to spend some peaceful and tender moments with his girls while I (Mom) sat in the sun with a good book.
Of course, the peace didn't last long once Laura and Daddy started harassing each other and playing around.
They enjoyed spending the day together.
Megan enjoyed playing in the sand. I'm glad she ate before she played.
