It's amazing how the simple things can still entertain my children. My sister and her husband moved into a house today. In the front yard is a rope swing tied to a very tall tree branch. My children must have played with that thing for a couple hours off and on all day long. It seemed like, if there was a break in moving things or unpacking things, my children were on the swing. It wasn't limited to just the younger ones either. The sixteen year old joined in. At one point, my husband joined in and climbed the rope like a twelve year old.
Guess some things don't have to cost a lot of money to be entertaining.
