A Small Antidote For the Winter Blues

Church was canceled.  My night away from the house was looking like another night in.  My frustration level was rising.  I decided to chance the roads and get out anyway.  So, the whole family headed to the local Burger King that had a play area.  It was perfect.  The meal was not very nutritious.  The place was kind of crowded. My little ones got to play and run and just have a good time.  It felt so wonderful to get out of the house and feel apart of society again.

The kids were not complaining either.

Kim and Tasha wore the Burger King crowns more than Laura and Megan.  They even wore them into Walmart.  I guess the girls still have some kid in them.

Kim is still my big kid.

Megan had a blast in the play area.

Laura and Megan clowned around together.

Here are three of my girls with some of their personalities shining through to the camera.

Laura had a blast.
I can't always afford to go out and buy fast food.  For last night, it was worth it.  The weather had kept us housebound for a few days and we all needed to just get out for awhile and enjoy being together.
