Thanksgiving 2012

Tasha and Kimmy

It was a nice Thanksgiving this year.  Despite financial challenges and health challenges, I know my family is blessed.  We have each other.  My older daughters were able to be with me on Thanksgiving.  My oldest, Kim, came home from Bible College.  She had spent much of last week in the hospital after a severe infection combined with her diabetes made her severely ill.  She was still recovering over her break.  Tasha also got time off of college and work to come visit with us.

We were blessed to have my 82 year old grandmother with us for the holiday.  Her health has also had its ups and downs over the last few years.  She is such a wonderful example of a woman after God's heart.

We even took a four generation picture for Kim.

I also grabbed a beautiful picture of my sisters and grandmother together.  She is very special to us.
Having fun with my family means a lot to me.  When we all get busy, it is sometimes tough to get together.
