Since before Christmas, Laura has been enjoying reading the book Heidi. We were supposed to read it last year, but never got around to it. This year, I decided to sneak it in. I knew it would take awhile, and I feared that Laura wouldn't like the book much.
But, instead, she loves it. She enjoys each and every chapter. We read a lot of different kinds of literature, and some are hits and some flop big time. Sometimes the classics aren't Laura's favorite reads. This time, though, was different.
