The end of the year signals photo collage time. I love making them! I love reliving the memories and seeing what has happened in our family and in our school over the course of a year. Seeing how my children have grown, and all the memories we have created, is a wonderful reminder of the faithfulness of God.
Our little one room school house saw a lot of changes this year. My oldest was doing online classes at home... so she kinda was homeschooled too. I graduated my first homeschool student, my second daughter. She is also in college. My step-daughter came to live with us full time. She is still in public school, but she often brings home lots of evening homework. It kind of feels like we are homeschooling her when her homework load is high.
Then, there is my two youngest. Laura finished fifth grade and began sixth. She is doing well. Her math has improved so much that she has gone through two grade levels in just a few months. She is reading a lot. She has developed her natural talent for painting.
Megan started some preschool work last Spring. While we may be hit or miss with her work some weeks, she is learning very quickly anyway. She is my busy girl, always moving and exploring. She has a very vivid imagination, can be quite dramatic, and loved learning activities. She is a little sponge, soaking up everything she can... often in costume.
I look forward to the adventures God has for us in the upcoming year.
