We went to Walmart to pick up some stuff to get us through the incoming Ice Storm. Aunt Kendal took Megan to see the fish. I don't think Megan ever saw the fish before. Boy, were here eyes huge as she watched them swim around. She LOVED them. She wouldn't leave the fish. She would laugh, wave at them and tell them HI. She would go from tank to tank. They were so exciting to her.
Laura laughed at her little sister. When I asked her if this counted as educational, she rolled her eyes and said sarcastically, "A Field Trip to Walmart?"
I think Laura would like her field trips to at least be to a place we aren't at all the time. However, we aren't going to see many fish in natural surroundings in December in Indiana. They may be there, but it's too cold for me to go looking.
