For weeks now I have been posting blogs from my phone. While I'm grateful to have that possibility, I missed using my computer. A few weeks ago it was having problems. I took it in to have it fixed. That lasted about two weeks. Then it was messed up again. This last time it wouldn't even log on to the internet.
So, I set about to get it fixed again. Buying new isn't an option, but I feared I was going to have to wait until funds could be found to purchase. My daughter told me that a friend of hers was a computer genius and would look at it.
I figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just had to wait. First he was on vacation with his family, then stuff kept coming up. I was beginning to think that he wasn't going to be able to get over to my house. Last night he finally was able to show.
What a wonderful blessing this young man is! He did what the computer guy I paid money to couldn't. He fixed my computer. It actually logs on like it did when it was new. I lost some of my stuff, but I have everything backed up anyway. I thank God that this young man was so knowledgeable.
I have missed blogging with my trusty ole keyboard. Typing it out on a small qwerty on a phone, or even using Swipe, just isn't the same. This is much faster. So, if I made dozens of errors, I am sorry. I tried to proof-read and edit, but I keep catching stuff I missed.
