An Official Four Eyes

I was so hoping my children would NOT have my near-sighted vision.  However, out of my five girls, three are now in glasses.  To be fair, my step-daughter didn't inherit my vision. She does have an astigmatism that requires reading glasses.
Laura, on the other hand, is now officially in glasses full time.  We picked them up today.  She joins her oldest sister, Kim, and her mom in having poor eye-sight. My sisters and mother also have poor eye-sight, so it's a genetic trait.
I told Laura how beautiful and grown up the glasses make her look.  When she's older, we'll switch to contacts if she wants and is responsible enough to care for them.
