Megan got to participate in the Independence Day Parade for the first time this year. The Vacation Bible School program puts together a float every year for the children to ride on in the parade.
Big sister, Laura, sat by her side the entire time. They got to throw candy to the children watching the parade. Both girls LOVED it! This was Laura's final year to be able to be a part of the program as a kid. Next year, if she is in it, she'll be a helper.
The children all looked adorable in their panda shirts they had made at VBS and little panda ears.
