Rehearsals

We began rehearsals for the Christmas pageant that will hopefully happen next week.  Laura will have two roles, both as Mrs. Claus (yes, there is a point to that), and as an angel.
All of my children have a role of some sort.  We have a very creative lady that is running this show.  That's a good thing too, cause I was not up for the job.

She came up with a creative game show for part of the pageant where Santa's family will compete against Joseph, Mary, a wise man(guy) named Sal, and a shepherd.  It's very cute, and it does show that the emphasis for Christmas being about Christ is kind of lost in this day and age.

We still have some more practice to do.  We have some on Wednesday and a major practice Saturday.
Megan is a sheep.  Her role is not very time consuming.  I guess it doesn't take a lot of practice to crawl and baa.  LOL.  However, to keep her and some of the other little ones preoccupied while the other kids practiced, they drew a lot of pictures.  Oh well, it will be totally worth it when the actual pageant happens.
