We are taking another brief break from ACE science. Studying for a length of time instead of assigned pages has Laura completing her work fast. I decided to add some books for a week or two.
They may be a bit under Laura's reading level, but I decided to see how many Magic School Bus books Laura can read that she hasn't already read. I scoured the library looking for the books. I only found three at our local library that Laura hasn't read. When she finishes those, I'll go to the larger library about twenty minutes away and see what they have.
I like using the Magic School bus books. They are educational but fun. I want Laura to like science. I don't want it to be boring for her. Before she outgrows them completely, we are going to enjoy them.
