We took the day off. For the last couple weeks, while all the public schooled kids had snow days, we did our school work. Today, it was sunny outside and we decided to take a break.
We got ourselves lunch and some ice cream. The ice cream was a nice touch of the summer for which we are impatiently waiting. It was freezing cold outside, with snow covering the ground. The ice cream was still a great treat.
Daddy was off work today. We got to spend the day running errands with him. It was a nice, relaxed day.
