Kids in the Candy Store

It was a busy day.  We volunteered at the Food Pantry this morning.  In the afternoon, we went to the mall.  As a special treat, we made a trip to Albanese, the candy store.

Megan has been there before, but my older daughter, Laura, has never visited.  Megan had never seen the factory part where the candy is made.  Since I believe in learning whenever possible, we watched the candy being made for awhile.

We left with treasures in chocolate and gummy.  It was one of our sweetest trips in awhile!
