Party, party, party... For the 8 Year Old!

We held a small party today for Megan's birthday.  She turned eight a little over a week ago.  It was a fun day since all of my daughters were able to be here plus both my sisters.

Megan got some really great presents, including much needed clothes.

Laura made another homemade ice cream cake "creation".  It's usually enjoyed by all, but in small doses because it is VERY sweet. 

Jasmine decorated our home, and it turned out very festive.  We used butterflies and a spring theme for the party. 

I know one day I will look back on these memories and be so glad that I took the time and effort to throw these little bashes.  I love looking at the photos from my older girls' parties we held for them when they were young.  But... By the end of the day... My home is messy and I am exhausted.
