Counting to 20
Megan is learning to count to twenty. Let me clarify. She can count to twenty by rote, but now I have her using her counting beans and our homemade number cards to actually see the numbers in concrete objects, matching them with the number image. This is multi-sensory. It's great for reinforcing skills and making them "stick". This is one of the activities in the Singapore Essential Math workbook.
