Working on "R"

Megan finished up the letter "R" this week with some wonderful activities.  Mommy just kept taking pictures... even if we didn't get them all posted on the day they were taken.

Megan always loves the activities we do with the masking tape letters.  This week we placed blocks on her large "R" while making the "ra" sound.

The first time we did this activity, it took Megan a long time to get all the blocks laid on the letter.  Now, she has them all laid out within a few minutes.  She is advancing so quickly now that I am so shocked.  In one year her skills have just exploded.  What was hard for her last year is now simple.
