Kim and Tasha sang a song to God yesterday during the special church service we were having. They sang a song from Prince of Egypt. It was beautiful. They may sing together every week on the worship team for the youth group, but they don't usually sing with just each other. They don't usually sing in front of the entire church. It was wonderful, especially since I got to be there to see it.
I told the girls before they got up there to just close their eyes and sing for God. They did, and it was magical.
One daughter had her head raised to sing to her Lord. The other closed her eyes and focused on God. I hope they always sing for God.
These are the moments I cherish as a mom.
