Illness played a large part of our Thanksgiving, unfortunately. Both my mom and one of my sisters had the flu and had to stay home in bed. However, we still gathered those of us that remained for Turkey, Ham, and all the trimmings right down to pumpkin pie.
We were still grateful for those that could gather together. My sister brought her Wii, and kids and adults alike had fun playing.
It was a nice time to spend with family. Overall, it was a nice holiday, despite the challenges of illness.
