Laura is learning a little about Pearl Harbor this week.
In her Preparing Hearts for His Glory lesson plan, Laura was to link to an online site that had lots of pictures and videos of the Pearl Harbor attack. This is wonderful for my little visual child. It adds such a layer of reality to the learning. She must have spent 40 minutes watching the videos and looking at the pictures. It definitely helped her to understand just how tragic the attack was for our country. She kept asking questions, wanting to know why we were attacked and what happened next. I love it when her curiosity is peaked and she has that desire to know more!
