Mpact Girls Christmas Party

We had our Mpact Girls Christmas Party this evening.  The girls enjoyed crafts, including an homemade coloring book, and fun snacks.  In one craft the girls used beads, craft sticks, and green pipe cleaners to create beautiful christmas tree cards for their families.

Laura loved the coloring book.  Kids never out-grow coloring.  The teens from the youth group wanted to color with the little kids.  They were disappointed that there wasn't enough coloring books.

The pictures were taken with my cell phone.  I put my digital on the charger and forgot it there.  The quality of the pictures with my cell isn't as good, and I didn't take very many.  Another leader was taking pictures of all the girls.  I decided to just snap a couple of Laura.

The party was a success.  There was extra girls tonight.  I learned to make sure I had plenty of supplies and not to advertise my parties on Facebook.  Many girls showed up when their parents saw the post.  I can't complain.  We might not have had a lesson, but I still think even a party can touch lives for Jesus.
